We are a fast fashion company at the forefront of the industry, specializing in trendy and affordable apparel. With a growing customer base, we are seeking a versatile individual who can contribute to our success by creating compelling social media content, and providing administrative support including order packing and organising the inventory. Our main labels include The Fleur Label & nonome and other online stores such as muuv-it.


Responsibilities of Social Media Content Creator:


1. Social Media Content Creation:

  • Develop engaging and visually appealing content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Be comfortable to appear onscreen & participate in livestreams/filming of social media content
  • Create and schedule social media posts, ensuring consistency in brand voice and messaging.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging fashion trends and incorporate them into design concepts.
  • Organise collaborations and/or social media campaigns where applicable

2. Administrative Support:

  • Handle administrative tasks, including order processing, inventory management, and customer inquiries.
  • Assist in packing and shipping customer orders with a keen eye for detail and adherence to quality standards.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure efficient order fulfillment and timely delivery.
  • Maintain organized records of orders, invoices, and customer information.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience in social media content creation and management, preferably within the fashion industry.
  • Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and social media management tools.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to handle administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with others.
  • Flexibility to adapt to fast-paced environments and meet tight deadlines.
  • Passion for the fast fashion industry and a desire to contribute to its growth.
