About Active Ageing Centres (AAC)
Our AAC serve as a key point of contact for seniors under our care, where we proactively reach out to them, organize social activities, and provide opportunities for interaction with the community. Our aim is to enable seniors to adopt an active lifestyle, pre-empt social isolation, and refer them to assistance in a timely fashion. We hope to improve the health outcomes of seniors living in the community through providing a suite of programs to help them live healthier lives and support their aspirations to age in place.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, manage and engage volunteers
- Handle programme enquiries and registration
- Assist in the coordination and delivery of Volunteer Training courses successfully
- Assist Programme Executive to prepare quarterly reports
- General administrative duties
Requirements:
- Min. GCE ‘A’ Level, Diploma with Social Service
- Experience in coordinating and recruitment work preferred
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Preferably with interest and passion for the elderly
- This position is on contract basis
