Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients by leveraging networks within the targeted market and secure new business opportunities
- Lead the entire sales process, including understanding prospect needs, preparing pitches, conducting software demonstrations, negotiating and closing deals
- Prospect, acquire and grow new Bossjob client accounts
- Develop deep expertise in our business product, processes and operations, and stay current with industry news
- Attend key industry events and conferences
- Oversee pre-sales and post-sales follow up; ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction as well as upsell and cross-sell opportunities with existing clients
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in recruitment industry
- Proven experience with lead generation and prospect management
- Experience with SaaS products is an advantage
- Exceptional presentation skills and/or public speaking experience
- Initiative and good communication skill
- Strategic, consultative, and analytical sales approach, with a focus on building sustainable client partnerships
- Target-driven with a track record of thriving in a dynamic environment
- Willing to travel regionally as required for business
