Role Overview:

The position is responsible for driving sales growth within a specific region, targeting both new and existing customers to meet sales objectives.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Achieve service goals and GP targets for your assigned territory.
  • Develop and implement strategies to ensure personal and team success.
  • Strengthen relationships with regional clients, focusing on key customer profiles.
  • Build rapport with both internal and external stakeholders, fostering productive partnerships.
  • Hit FaceTime targets through client meetings, calls, and direct interactions with prospects and current clients.
  • Maintain an active and overachieving pipeline of opportunities for your region.
  • Use CRM systems to log and monitor opportunities.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest service offerings, routes, and industry trends to provide optimal supply chain solutions.
  • Share relevant client information with internal teams to enhance service delivery.
  • Address and resolve any client issues or concerns promptly.
  • Utilize GSP tools as required to support sales efforts.
  • Collaborate with sales teams and other departments to drive business success and meet objectives.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 4 years of proven sales experience.
  • Strong understanding of international logistics and transportation.
  • Knowledge of the local economy, global markets, and considerations such as currency and cultural variations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software.
  • Excellent communication skills in both the local language and English.
