Event Banquet Executive

Working Location: Island Club Road

Salary Range: $3000 - $3500
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in coordinating and ensuring the smooth running of all major and minor corporate golf events.
- Assist in coordinating and ensuring the smooth running of all major and minor banquet / seminar / social events from enquiries to the club in relation to all its function rooms.
- Issue golf event plans and banquet event order, follow-up on special requests and other administrative duties as requested by the client.
- Attend to and resolve customers’ complaints and tabulate customers’ feedback for management review.
- To be present at all corporate golf / designated club events and ensure that service of the highest standard is accorded to customers and members.
- Attend to billing enquiries and prepare billing summaries for transactions/statements.
- Issue meeting agenda and take minutes for meetings involving the dept. as and when necessary.
- Handle administrative duties including raising of purchase requisition, filing of documents, correspondences etc.
- Prepare printing materials relating to the event eg: directional signs, menu etc.
- Contribute to the sales performance of the dept by cold calling or networking and follow with weekly reports on sales pitched and/or secured.
- Assist with corporate golf event and banquet coordination and activities (non-golf events) as and when required.
- Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the management.
