Credit Control Officer
Salary: Basic $2,500 (Based of experience)
Working Days; 5.25 Days (alternate Saturday) | Mon-Fri 8.45am - 5.45pm, alternate Sat 8.45am - 12.45pm
Working Location: Sin Min Autocity
Responsibilities
- Checking daily incoming payments and identifying failed collections
- Call and follow up with Hirers that are in default
- Issuance of 4th/5th schedules to Hirers
- Arranging for repossession of vehicles
- Arrange for tender auctions of vehicles
- Liase with lawyers for litigation and following up with the company's solicitors in enforcing legal action against debtors
- Handling customers' enquiries on repossessed vehicles and redemption cases.
- Handling disposal of repossessed vehicles.
- Handling the recovery of shortfall after the disposal of vehicles from tender sales.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of credit control experience will be advantageous
