- Handle all operational duties in the pastry department, including daily production of cakes and pastries
- Ensure standards for food quality and preparation are strictly adhered to
- Manage all food and production cost
- Develop menus and any other tasks that is related to pastry
- Maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and observe all guidelines pertaining to the handling and preparation of orders
- Ensure the kitchen equipment and facilities are conformed to sanitary regulations and baking equipment and refrigerator are properly kept and cleaned
Job Requirements
- At least 5 years relevant experience
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Required to work on weekends and public holidays
- Able to multitask and work independently
