JOB DESCRIPTION
NeoXam is looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Consultant who will be based in Singapore office. The role will work closely with the account management, the services team and collaborate with the product teams. With the experience and potential, he/she will join a team of experienced consultants and participate in the implementation and support of the solution, the configuration of new modules and features using:
- NeoXam DataHub: the most comprehensive, efficient and customizable solution for centralized data management available on the market. The solution acts as a hub, a central repository and a useroriented data management tool for data used or produced by financial institutions.
- NeoXam IBOR: a uniquely independent and flexible Investment Book of Record, designed to provide Asset Managers with a single, comprehensive, and robust source of continuously up-to-date positions, valuations and forecasts, with increased quality, under multiple views.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Accountable for high-impacting and challenging implementation projects, and acquire a global vision of the business processes at the world’s top financial firms
- Provide best practice guidance to clients by leveraging technical expertise, NeoXam DataHub software knowledge and industry experience
- Design, configure, implement NeoXam’s DataHub software solutions based on client requirements
- Identify and resolve any installation and implementation problems to the client’s satisfaction within established time frames
- Manage the overall design and configuration activity by ensuring the team follows configuration / scripting / design guidelines
- Analyze the clients’ needs, accompany and coach their teams and/or take charge of the product implementation, meet clients’ requests, manage the client relation and coordination of the project.
- Provide project management leadership under the responsibility of the Account Manager or Project Director
- Develop and conduct product training workshops for clients
- Provide presales consultancy by assisting the sales teams with presentations, Proof of Concept, implementation expertise, etc.

PROFILE
- Computer Science, Engineering or Business school, Master’s degree or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years of experience with software implementation and IT Projects in the banking / financial industry within APAC region. Preferably those with a financial technology vendor or consulting company background.
- Capable of writing rules in scripting language like VBA
- Experience with RDBMS, Data Modeling, and SQL language
- Understanding of Enterprise Data Management and ETL techniques and processes
- Previous experience of financial data provider feeds such as Bloomberg, Refinitiv, ICE and others
- Knowledge of financial instruments such as Equities, Fixed Income and Derivatives
- Previous project experience with involvement in multiple stages of the project life cycle
- Independent, with own initiative and good interpersonal skills and are concerned about the quality of service provided
- Proactive and a real team player
- Fluent in English
- Knowledge in French language is advantageous because the role will collaborate with Product team headquartered in Paris
