Team Introduction The E-Commerce HRBP team supports our fast growing E-Commerce business on all things people. Our people are at the epicenter of providing an enriched and seamless shopping experience for our users and the E-Commerce HRBP team partners with business stakeholders to drive this mission to reality. The team covers the entire employee lifecycle which also requires HRBP team members to work with a bunch of cross-functional stakeholders to drive the people agenda.
Responsibilities:
- Build a high performing HRBP team. Mentor team members on employee development best practices to support business needs.
- Translate business agendas and objectives into a strategic HR roadmap, with supporting initiatives and action plans while garnering support/ownership for that roadmap within the organization.
- Coach business leaders on people-related matters including talent assessment, development and succession, organization effectiveness, and high-performing team characteristics.
- Design, monitor, and measure HR metric/ KPIs dashboards to facilitate change and drive key insights and decisions that support growth and retention.
- Play a leadership role in the design and execution of business restructures, and critical workforce planning initiatives and identify critical succession planning needs.
- Enhance employee development & management throughout the year by providing coaching, mentoring, and timely feedback; design fit-for-purpose goal-setting agendas including 360 performance evaluations, and oversee the formal performance review and calibration process. - Champion HR initiatives to support Diversity & Inclusion throughout the organization, including the roll out action plans and guiding leaders regarding mentorship, development, and promotion of diverse employees.
- Guide HR managers regarding mentorship, development, retention, and promotion of diverse employees.
- Facilitate communication, collaboration, and engagement across all areas of the business.
- Global travel will be a requirement of the position.
Minimum Qualifications
- 7+ years as a Human Resources Business Partner, with experience in leadership position.
- Experience in organization design, organization diagnosis, and culture related field.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (i.e. Tableau, Excel, Power BI) to extract insights and drive strategic decision-making.
- Global leadership experience is required, especially the exposure outside of SEA. - Corporate experience in employee relations, performance management, leadership development, and general HR program/operations.
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence, drive change, and communicate effectively across all levels of an organization.
- Successful track record of designing and implementing people programs while balancing business objectives.
- Comfortable working across time zones and cultures.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a tech environment, preferably in a high-growth international organization.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully manage large, complex projects in a fast-paced, matrixed, global environment.
- Comfort with ambiguity; strong judgment and ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, build stakeholder partnerships, and influence without authority.
- Fluency or proficiency in Mandarin for communication with external stakeholders.
- A Bachelor's degree and/or professional certifications in HR, Organizational Development, or related field.
