VASS APAC PTE LTD is a leading IT consulting firm dedicated to providing innovative solutions to our clients. We are seeking a skilled Junior Customer Data Platform to join our team and support in implementing and optimizing SAP Customer Data Platform solutions, helping our clients enhance their customer engagement strategies through effective data management and analytics.
Responsibilities:
- Business Use Case Definition: Develop and implement comprehensive end to end business use cases to meet customer’s objective in implementing Customer Data Platform solution.
- Data Definition and Flow: Proficiently utilize Customer Data Platform to define Data Schema, Indicators, and Segments to meet the Business Use Case objectives.
- Data Integration: Show proficiency in various data API protocols, such as REST and JSON, to integrate Customer Data Platform to various Customer Experience tools/systems.
- Data Analysis: Knowledge of modern cloud data platforms like Snowflake, GBQ, and Databricks, as well as data analytics tools like Tableau, will be instrumental in crafting solutions that integrate elegantly to drive customer success.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with different customer stakeholder teams (sales, marketing, IT) to ensure alignment and achieve project’s objective.
- Global Opportunities: Travel to client locations to provide on-site support and expertise.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in information system, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in customer data platform, with a strong focus on platform implementation and management.
- Experiences customer data platform such as Salesforce Data Cloud or SAP Customer Data Platform is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in a consulting environment and willingness to travel internationally.
- Experience working with Sales and Marketing teams is an advantage.
