Job Responsibilities
- Create, maintain, and enhance sales forecasts for assigned customer accounts.
- Develop a new customer base through cold calling, relationship building, and industry networking while maintaining strong existing customer relationships.
- Coordinate with pre-sales, professional services, and support teams to deliver successful solutions to customers.
- Meet sales targets by identifying and securing new business, ensuring customer satisfaction, and promoting product and service offerings.
- Possess a deep understanding of IT products, solutions, and services.
- Contribute to the development of compelling value propositions and negotiate effectively to close deals.
- Provide regular updates on customer activities and market trends at weekly sales meetings.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience in the IT system integrator industry.
- Strong understanding of IT product solutions.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving sales quotas and a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to identify and assess potential sales opportunities by understanding customer business needs.
- At least a Diploma in any discipline.
- Singaporean or Singapore Permanent Resident preferred.
