- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution
- Assist customers with product/service information and resolve technical issues
- Update customer records in CRM software
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a customer service role (remote experience is a plus)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
