Job Description
- Conduct preventive maintenance to mechanical devices
- Detect malfunctions through observation (sound or visual)
- Run diagnostic tests to ensure system functionality
- Repair broken or faulty machine parts
- Monitor equipment status and update weekly report to management
- Choose appropriate materials based on mechanical needs
- Monitor and update the spare parts list in inventory record
- Monitor and report on project progress
- Follow company policy and safety rule regulations
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Assembling, installing, and maintaining mechanical systems, machinery, and equipment.
- Troubleshooting machinery and performing routine preventative maintenance.
- Cleaning, repairing, and installing equipment and parts as needed.
- Performing general maintenance work on buildings as assigned.
- Perform Ad Hoc duties assigned by management.
Requirements and skills
- Previous experience as a maintenance mechanic or similar role
- Great understanding of pneumatics, hydraulics, and mechanics
- Familiarity using various power and hand tools, such as hosts and grinders
- Ability to stand for long hours and lift heavy loads
- Problem-solving and organizational skills
- High school diploma/GED/NITEC.
- A driver’s license is a plus
