Job Description
The Programme Manager for SAIS oversees the planning, implementation, and management of standardized workplace and infrastructure services across the organization, leading a team to deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute a comprehensive program plan and communicate the SAIS value proposition to agencies
- Strategize and proactively address organizational-level issues related to SAIS implementation
- Lead and manage a team for successful workplace and infrastructure project execution
- Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to align the program with organizational goals
- Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with initiatives
- Drive continuous improvement through innovation and best practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred
- Proven experience in program management with strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
- Familiarity with industry standards in workplace and infrastructure management
- Certification in project or program management is a plus
