Hiring: Permanent Data Entry Clerk (Part-Time, 2 Days a Week) - $10 per hour.


We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team! This is a part-time permanent position, requiring 2 days a week or any other flexible arrangement.


If you enjoy organizing documents, updating systems, and working in a supportive environment, this role might be perfect for you.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sorting and organizing paperwork
  • Filing and scanning documents
  • Updating records in Xero (accounting software) and our CRM system
  • General administrative support as needed

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Basic knowledge of Xero and CRM systems (training provided if needed)
  • Good organizational skills
  • Able to work independently and manage time efficiently

Working Hours: 2 days a week, 9am - 6pm or any other flexible working arrangement
