Responsibilities
Quality Assurance & Compliance
- Oversee all quality control activities in alignment with production schedules and quality requirements.
- Ensure compliance with international and national regulatory standards for pharmaceutical products.
- Implement and maintain the company’s Quality Management System (QMS).
- Conduct internal and external quality audits, ensuring continuous adherence to regulatory guidelines.
- Develop, implement, and monitor customized Quality Plans for customers.
- Manage Supplier Quality Management processes for products and services.
Customer Relations
- Maintain records of customer engagements and address any quality-related customer concerns.
- Resolve product quality complaints in collaboration with relevant teams.
- Provide technical support and recommendations on quality and product service improvements.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing deviations from contractual agreements under management’s guidance.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify gaps in current quality processes and suggest improvements.
- Facilitate research on product development to enhance value for customers.
- Implement lean practices and new technologies to improve efficiency and product quality.
- Use data analytics to identify trends and areas of concern from quality audits and other reports.
Training & Documentation
- Design and deliver training on QMS, regulatory requirements, and other quality-related topics.
- Develop and update documentation, including quality procedures, guidelines, and templates.
- Evaluate training outcomes and update programs as needed to ensure continuous improvement in quality standards.
Requirement
- Diploma or Bachelor degree in Pharmacy or relevant discipline.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance or regulatory affairs in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Strong knowledge of QMS, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards for pharmaceuticals.
- Experience conducting internal and external audits.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with internal teams and external customers.
- Knowledge of lean practices and continuous improvement processes is a plus.
