Quality Assurance Executive (Phamaceutical Product)

Reports To: Quality Assurance Manager


Responsibilities

Quality Assurance & Compliance

  • Oversee all quality control activities in alignment with production schedules and quality requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with international and national regulatory standards for pharmaceutical products.
  • Implement and maintain the company’s Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Conduct internal and external quality audits, ensuring continuous adherence to regulatory guidelines.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor customized Quality Plans for customers.
  • Manage Supplier Quality Management processes for products and services.

Customer Relations

  • Maintain records of customer engagements and address any quality-related customer concerns.
  • Resolve product quality complaints in collaboration with relevant teams.
  • Provide technical support and recommendations on quality and product service improvements.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing deviations from contractual agreements under management’s guidance.

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify gaps in current quality processes and suggest improvements.
  • Facilitate research on product development to enhance value for customers.
  • Implement lean practices and new technologies to improve efficiency and product quality.
  • Use data analytics to identify trends and areas of concern from quality audits and other reports.

Training & Documentation

  • Design and deliver training on QMS, regulatory requirements, and other quality-related topics.
  • Develop and update documentation, including quality procedures, guidelines, and templates.
  • Evaluate training outcomes and update programs as needed to ensure continuous improvement in quality standards.

Requirement

  • Diploma or Bachelor degree in Pharmacy or relevant discipline.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance or regulatory affairs in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Strong knowledge of QMS, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards for pharmaceuticals.
  • Experience conducting internal and external audits.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with internal teams and external customers.
  • Knowledge of lean practices and continuous improvement processes is a plus.
