Operations & Maintanence Manager - Oil & Gas / Semi-Con / Chemical Industries
Responsibilities
- Oversee operations and maintenance activities, ensuring process optimization, resource efficiency, and equipment reliability.
- Carry out leadership duties and strategic plans.
- Supervise site operations and ensure equipment performance and longevity.
- Resource management duties and inter-department collaboration.
- Responsible for safety, regulatory standards and reporting duties.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or relevant field / working experience
- 10+ years experience with ability to step into a leadership role
- Must have knowledge/hands-on experience in steam operations, process flow, high temperature control
- Familiarity with thermal, catalytic reactor, control systems
- Background in utilities manufacturing plant / steam boiler equipment
- Strong report writing and client management skills
- Preferably possess own transport
