Personal Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and letters.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Maintain filing systems and ensure that all information is organized and easily accessible.
  • Conduct research and gather information as needed for projects or decision-making.
  • Run errands and perform personal tasks as requested.
  • Manage budgets and expenses related to personal or business needs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree
  • Working experience min 2 years
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
