Admin Assistant

Enggsol Pte. Ltd.

  • Administrative support to the operations team, including managing schedules, maintaining records, documentation, processing invoices, and supporting project and contract management activities.
  • Ensures smooth communication and workflow within the team and acts as a central point of contact for administrative tasks.
  • Other general administration work as tasked upon.

Requirements

  • Nitec and above
  • Able to work and communicate well with internal stakeholders of all levels.
  • Knowledgable in Microsoft Office
  • Team player
