- Administrative support to the operations team, including managing schedules, maintaining records, documentation, processing invoices, and supporting project and contract management activities.
- Ensures smooth communication and workflow within the team and acts as a central point of contact for administrative tasks.
- Other general administration work as tasked upon.

- Able to work and communicate well with internal stakeholders of all levels.
