Chef (Western Cuisine)
- 45 hours per week including 1 hour meal break (12pmam-9pm shift)
- 5 days per week shift work schedule arranged by Head Chef
- Sunday & PHs working shift assigned by Head Chef
- Salary range $2000-2500
- Meal allowance $180 per month
Responsibilities
- Cook current food menum preparing all ingredients with stable quality
- Attending all team meeting and Participating in job training
- Follow process, and standards set by Chef
- Follows existing recipes, portion controls, and presenting food and dessert along
- Maintain the highest quality, and be consistant to upkeep its standard
- Provide assistance to the Chef
- Maintenance, cleaning equipment and tools / ensuring the stock is up to date
