PURPOSE:
You will join our dynamic sales force in developing new businesses and providing professional solutions to our potential clients. The key to your success will be in your drive and ambition to win new businesses, and your ability to generate opportunities through successful relationship management of your client accounts.
RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS:
- Deliver and achieve sales targets consistently with assigned KPIs in our services and solutions business within the financial year.
- Provide consultancy and solutioning to our customers with services and solution selling from end to end to increase our wallet share using consultative selling approach.
- Be a trusted advisor to both our internal and external customers and deliver good customer signature experience based on Fujifilm Business Innovations Singapore’s core values.
- Be a pre-sales subject matter expert in our respective Services and Solutions domain with the competency in solution design, recommendations, and proposal
- Proactively working to build new logos within the assigned territory or using LinkedIn Sales Navigator to build strong solution pipeline of at least 2.5x of given field plan.
- Follow up each sales engagement cycle closely with prompt response and fast execution of proposed plan or recommendation to customer; working professionally with internal LOB or stakeholders with our go to market activities.
- Conduct detail requirements gathering or scoping with customer, with the ability to qualify solution and services opportunities with business case, conduct solution demo, solution sales presentation and craft our winning strategy with value propositions for the proposed services and solution proposal to customer.
- Continue to upgrade and enhance oneself with planned domain specialization to continue to learn to stay relevant and be able to provide subject matter expertise in our business.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree, or Diploma in Business or Information Technology related discipline with at least 3 years of proven sales track record in similar or related industry
- Good experience in services and solution selling with similar or related software or solution background in Digital Transformation with AI from Data Management, Hyper Automation, Data Intelligence and Customer Experience (CX)
- Strong IT and technical background in AI, Data Analytics, Machine Learning, and other business solutions from ECM, CSP, RPA, Low Code platform, Web Form, Finance Automation, Gen AI and other AI applications.
- Excellent in communication, presentation and solution proposal writing skills
- Good experience in services and solution selling with similar or related software or solution background in Digital Transformation with AI from Data Management, Hyper Automation, Data Intelligence and Customer Experience (CX)
- Strong IT and technical background in AI, Data Analytics, Machine Learning, and other business solutions from ECM, CSP, RPA, Low Code platform, Web Form, Finance Automation, Gen AI and other AI applications.
- Excellent in communication, presentation and solution proposal writing skills
