Responsibilities:
ACCOUNTS PAYABLE
- AP data entry into accounting system
- Prepare and maintain filing of invoices and other documents
- Perform other general accounting duties as assigned by the management
HR & ADMIN
- Assist in answering phone calls
- Manage company vehicles, machine/equipment, and general maintenance of premises
- Handle day-to-day administrative work e.g. stationery ordering
- Support various departments in data entry and maintaining records in company system and/or Excel
- Maintain accurate filing systems, both electronic and paper.
- Ensure that staff information such as address and phone numbers are up to date
- Monitor and arrange for training courses for staff as required; update of training records
- Prepare attendance, overtime, and other HR related reports
- Assist in application of WP
- Other miscellaneous HR administrative work
