FnB Manager
- 9am - 9pm shift including 1 hour break
- 5 days per week
- Sunday & PHs need to work
- Salary range $3500-4000
- Meal allowance $180 per month
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to the customers
- Manage service crew
- Handle customer complaints and do service recovery
- Report operational issue to management on a daily basis
- Check and ensure that food & drinks are served in order
- Ensure that floor area are always keep it clean, organise and neat
