This is a digital board activity management software developed by Trusted Services to enable boards to go paperless and make decisions in an efficient manner, anytime and anywhere. We have a team who will provide training to new joiners.
- Advise on various aspects of the project development
- Provide and attend training / sales presentations
- Provide other support to the Product Owner, where required, to meet project deliverables
Executive Support
- Attend to assignments or queries proactively
- Atend and draft client's meeting minutes
Dynamic Adaptation:
Manage portfolio of companies with minimal supervision.
Qualification, Competencies/ Other Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate secretarial work.
- Diploma holder with related experience or degree holder or holder of a professional certificate in chartered secretary.
- Good understanding of regulatory and statutory requirements of the Singapore Companies Act.
- Ability to organise and prioritise work.
- Possess a flexible and proactive attitude.
- Good command of English is a key requirement.
