Job Description
Reporting to Deputy Director (Investigations), your responsibilities will include:
- Perform preliminary assessment on the whistle-blowing information received through EnterpriseSG tipoff email and hotline. It will involve review the information and determine whether an investigation is necessary.
- Conduct interview and record statements from relevant parties for investigation cases.
- Plan and execute the investigation procedures in a timely manner, maintain clear and complete documentation of work papers as well as prepare clear and concise investigation reports.
- Handle appeals and case escalations.
- Liaise with Law Enforcement Agencies for case referral.
- Present the investigation findings to the Management.
- Assist in the division’s board-wide fraud awareness initiatives and training programme.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience. Have prior case investigation experience is preferred.
- Strong fundamental knowledge in the principles of governance, risks and controls.
- Able to evaluate risks and improve the governance process and internal controls through recommendations and sharing of best practices.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organised, able to work in teams and independent at the same time with the demonstrated ability to prioritise time, tasks and deliverables.
- Individual contributor role and has no formal supervisory responsibility.
- Strong analytical skills.
