Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Manage the service crew, including hiring, training, re-training, and ensuring staff welfare.
- Address and resolve customer complaints, performing service recovery as needed.
- Report daily operational issues to management.
- Ensure food and drinks are served correctly and promptly.
- Supervise and oversee overall operations, including the environment, air conditioning, and music volume.
Job Requirements:
- At least 3 year experience in F&B setting preferred
- Singaporean and Singapore PR
Additional Information:
- Work 5 days per week with shifts scheduled including Sunday and Public Holiday shifts as assisgned
- 9am - 9pm (Including 1-hour meal break)
- Location: Maxwell (Walkable distance to Tanjong Pagar MRT)
