The Digital Marketing Executive plays a crucial role in planning, implementing, and managing the company’s digital marketing campaigns across various paid media channels (SEM, Display, Social Advertising) and owned media channels (website optimization) for sports brands. This position requires a deep understanding of business data through comprehensive analysis across digital media channels. The Executive will make strategic recommendations for our optimization strategies and be a key driver in executing this effectively.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Brand and Creative teams across the region to seamlessly create innovative digital marketing campaigns including brand marketing and paid media initiatives, leveraging both earned and owned media opportunities to generate high-quality engagement.
- Track and analyze social media performance, utilizing data insights to optimize future content strategies and enhance follower engagement.
- Manage social media channels and curate engaging content for social media platforms, interact with followers, and monitor social media analytics to measure performance.
- Propose, implement, and optimize Google and Meta advertising campaigns across diverse digital platforms.
- Manage email marketing campaigns by creating and sending targeted email campaigns to promote products, events, and special offers.
- Collaborate on loyalty initiatives designed to improve customer retention and engagement across digital platforms, using data insights to personalize interactions and strengthen brand loyalty.
- Support the implementation of digital marketing strategies for the loyalty program, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Manage loyalty program campaigns across all digital marketing channels to maximize reach and effectiveness.
- Analyze campaign metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive performance enhancements.
- Regularly monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing activities using analytics tools, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
- Conduct market research and surveys to gain insights into customer psychology and preferences.
- Stay abreast of new marketing trends and platforms to continuously enhance strategies.
- Identify industry trends and emerging social media platforms to refine digital marketing strategies that drive prospect acquisition, conversions, and overall engagement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the sports or retail industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, SEO, PPC advertising, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for sports and a deep understanding of the target audience.
Additional Skills (Preferred):
- Experience with basic graphic design (Canva).
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online sales strategies.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing and affiliate marketing.
