• Responsible in providing chauffeur service to Director and family members
• Responsible to send domestic helpers for marketing or assisting for ad hoc purchases
• Responsible to pick up guests when visiting Singapore
• Responsible to upkeeping the vehicles, including washing
• Ensure the vehicles are well maintain and good condition to drive
• Ensure car maintenance is followed up promptly, car battery, tyre checking
• Practice safe driving at all times, routing around traffic congestion
• Ensure petrol to refill once is lower than ¼ tank, full tank or ¾ tank before weekend
• Ensure cash card is top up before when value is low especially before the weekend
• Coordination with workshop for any engine servicing when necessary including all accessories, parts, tire rotation and other component.
• Responsible in follow up on vehicles road tax and permits
• Load and unload personal belongings from the vehicle
• Provide a personable but discreet atmosphere for all passengers. Ensuring that clients' identities and conversations remain confidential.
• Assist to run errands and ad hoc duties as assigned
