Job Description
1. To prepare for the admission of residents to our nursing home
2. To work with medical social worker on referral cases
3. To do mean testing and financial assistance application
4. To provide administrative support to MSW Manager
5. To collate data for medifund application
6. Any other duties within the team
Educational Qualification
Diploma in Social Work or its equivalent
1 - 2 years working in a social service or health care sector
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Able to work independently
Able to empathise and show compassionate when needed
Proficient with MS Office
