Account Director

The Account Director plays a crucial role in managing and growing portfolios of clients, with a focus on key accounts and growth accounts. Serving as the primary client contact, you will be responsible for understanding client goals, objectives, and marketing strategies.


Collaborating with the Head of Account Servicing, Business Development Executive, and Strategists, you will contribute to the development and execution of strategic objectives, foster strong client relationships, and drive account growth and client retention.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in account management or a related leadership role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strategic thinking and goal-setting abilities.
  • Familiarity with account management processes, client relationship building, and business development.
  • Demonstrated success in managing client relationships, driving account growth, and fostering a positive team culture.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve collective goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Portfolio Management: Manage and grow portfolios of clients, with a focus on key accounts and growth accounts. Act as the primary client contact, understanding client goals, objectives, and marketing strategies.
  • Strategic Account Development: Develop account strategies aligning with client expectations and strategic objectives. Collaborate with the Head of Account Servicing, Business Development Executive, and Strategists on strategic objectives.
  • Client Relationship Building: Foster strong client relationships to drive account growth and client retention. Manage client briefs and internal creative briefs, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
  • Quote, Proposal and Invoicing Management: Manage client quotes, proposals and invoicing in coordination with the COO and finance team. Ensure accurate and timely financial transactions related to client accounts.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative and production teams, to ensure seamless project execution and delivery. Communicate effectively with internal teams to align project objectives with client expectations.
  • Performance Metrics and Reporting: Monitor and report on performance metrics related to client satisfaction, account growth, and team performance. Collaborate with the Head of Account Servicing to provide regular reports to the CEO on the status of client accounts and team achievements.
