Responsible for all HR functions including HR policies, recruitment and orientation, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee benefit programs, relations, and engagement activities.
• Creating HR policies, procedures, and systems that are aligned with the business goals of the company
• Ensure compliance with both HR regulations and employment laws
• Work closely with the Operations team and Marketing team
• Provide advice on HR-related matters to management
• Ensure that HR and payroll administration is accurate and reliable, and that employee files are well organized
• Responsible for the complete payroll process, accurate and timely payroll disbursements, as well as government and tax submissions
• Administration MOM work pass application, renewal, cancellation, tax clearance & other related matters
• Handle conflicts, disciplinary actions, and terminations
• Handle all other HR matters and undertake tasks as assigned by management
