Job Description:
- Full Spectrum HR Work duties and administrative support role and advisor to manager in charge
- Work with line managers on manpower requirements, employee relations issues, compensation and benefits matter, HR initiatives, and other HR matters;
- Administration of workmen compensation, MOM reporting, insurance claim, etc;
- Ensure that HR policies and practices are in compliance with prevailing statutory regulations;
- Identify training and development needs of employees and propose training programs;
- Work pass applications, renewals and cancellation;
- Ensure timely update of employees’ database, proper filing system and smooth office administration;
- Process payroll on a timely basis such as computation of monthly salaries and deductions;
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree holder in Human Resources Management or HR related is preferred;
- Preferably 3 years in relevant HR administration role; HR policy planning; HR full spectrum
- Well versed with Singapore Employment Act and labor legislation;
- Strong interpersonal skills to work with key decision makers and various levels of employees;
- Working experience with InfoTech or any HRMS systems;
- Knowledge of payroll, CPF, IRAS, government related latest updates
- Organized and able to take stress
- Prior Construction Background will be preferred
