Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented (Senior) Executive to drive operational excellence and ensure exceptional patient care within the healthcare industry.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of healthcare services, ensuring a smooth and exceptional patient experience.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure seamless patient care.
- Analyse data and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Manage staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from a recognised institution
- Strong analytical and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Microsoft Word / Excel).
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- A positive, motivated, and service-oriented attitude.
For candidates with more working experience, they may be considered for more senior positions.
