  • Source and identify potential candidates through various channel, including online job boards, social media platforms, networking events and referrals.
  • Review resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screenings, and schedule interviews.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on the recruitment process.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills and cultural fit.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Conduct reference checks and background screenings as required.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Utilize Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track and manage candidate information.
  • Prepare and present reports on recruitment metrics to management.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Skills/Requirement:


  • A graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
  • 1+ year of proven experience as a IT recruitment.
