Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook the current food menu, ensuring all ingredients are of consistent quality.
- Attend all team meetings and participate in job training sessions.
- Adhere to processes and standards set by the Chef.
- Follow existing recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications for food and desserts.
- Maintain the highest quality standards and ensure consistency.
- Assist the Chef with various tasks.
- Maintain and clean equipment and tools, ensuring stock is up to date.
Job Requirements:
- 1 year experience in F&B setting preferred
- Singaporean, Singapore PR and Malaysian
Additional Information:
- Work 5 days per week with shifts scheduled by the Chef, including Sunday and Public Holiday shifts as assigned.
- 11am - 9pm (Including 1-hour meal break)
- Location: Maxwell (Walkable distance to Tanjong Pagar MRT)
