Key Responsibilities:
- Perform QC testing on incoming raw materials according to QC tests & specifications
- Conduct QC testing on production samples prior to final packing and delivery. Make the necessary adjustments if needed to meet the required QC specs
- Record the QC results and prepare the daily QC report
- Label and store properly the QC retained samples
- Conduct product testing for manufactured products, OEM and trading products
- Maintain testing & measuring equipment (in-house and external calibration)
- Ensure proper documentation of QC records, product testing forms and other QC lab reports
- Maintain COA filing of incoming COA and SDS of raw materials, OEM/trading products
- Prepare product samples for external testing as per Sales & Marketing requirements
- Performs routine laboratory maintenance including cleaning of work areas, inventory of lab supplies, inspection of lab equipment and proper waste disposal
- Ensure wastes generated are effectively identified, handled, stored and hand over to person in charge accordingly
- Any other duties that may be assigned by the HOD/management
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE 'O' level or NITEC certificate
- At least 1 year of laboratory experience
- Basic computer skills
- English proficiency
- Good analytical skills
