We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead a team and oversee financial operations, reporting, and analysis. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing financial processes, ensuring compliance, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a finance team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support business forecasting and strategic decisions.
- Analyze financial results, trends, and key performance indicators to guide business outcomes.
- Conduct scenario analyses to assess the financial impact of various business decisions.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, including variance analysis, balance sheet reconciliation, and reporting to senior management.
- Manage the consolidation of accounts across multiple entities and submit reports to headquarters.
- Oversee intercompany transactions and ensure reconciliations across the group.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow projections.
- Manage quarterly GST reporting and corporate income tax submissions.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with external auditors for smooth audit processes and prepare financial statements for submission to authorities.
- Act as a business partner, providing financial insights to various business units and stakeholders.
- Participate in tax planning and ad-hoc projects as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in Accountancy / ACCA with more than 8 years experience
- Proven experience in managing financial operations, reporting, and compliance.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with financial modeling and forecasting.
- Experience with consolidation of accounts and intercompany transactions.
- Familiarity with accounting standards, regulatory compliance, and tax reporting.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to collaborate across teams and manage external relationships.
