My Client is a Global 3rd Party Logistics MNC, and as part of their strategic expansion, we are looking for an experienced and strategic Business Development Manager to lead client relationships in the APAC region. The ideal candidate will drive growth by identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities, while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through tailored solutions and exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute account plans for key clients in the technology sector.
- Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers to promote long-term partnerships.
- Maximize revenue by expanding services and identifying upsell opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
- Conduct business reviews to evaluate performance and address client needs.
- Analyze industry trends and client feedback to anticipate market shifts.
- Lead contract negotiations and service agreements with key accounts.
- Provide regular performance updates to senior management.
- Act as a trusted advisor, delivering insights and strategies that drive client success.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years experience in key account management, business development, or sales, ideally within logistics or freight forwarding.
- Proven ability to manage and grow large accounts in the APAC region.
- Strong negotiation skills, particularly with technology clients in logistics.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Strategic mindset with a track record of achieving business growth targets.
- Knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes.
- Willingness to travel across the APAC region.
