Responsibilities
- Assist HR administration task such as maintaining and updating of employee's P-file records in HRIS promptly, ensuring data accuracy
- Assist in employees' onboarding and offboarding
- Assist in hostel management
- Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment activities
- Assist in payroll preparation and processing
- Ensure proper filing system within HR department
- Support HR administrations and processes
- Verify HR documents and forms to ensure compliance with the HR policies and procedures
- Any other HR duties/projects that will be assigned from time to time
Requirements (Skills, Knowledge & Behaviours)
- At least 1 year of working experience in Human Resource Department
- Well versed in Microsoft software applications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and is detail oriented
- Ability to work independently and is a team player
