We are a growing interior design firm specializing in creating modern, functional, and aesthetically pleasing spaces. Our projects range from residential to commercial interiors, and we pride ourselves on delivering outstanding design solutions tailored to our clients' needs.

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the administrative aspects of the company, with a particular focus on client outreach, project acquisition, marketing, and operations management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients and partners.
  • Build and maintain relationships with various platforms to secure new design projects.
  • Support the development and execution of the company’s marketing strategies.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth business functioning.
  • Maintain and organize project documents, contracts, and files.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or business development role, preferably within the design or creative industries.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Chinese.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of marketing principles and tools is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with design-related platforms and industry contacts is a plus.
