1. Strategic Corporate Planning & Development of Strategies
· Support the Managing Director on corporate planning activities to determine the overall vision, contribute to setting the strategic direction and business plan of the Company in the short and long term;
· Activities cover research and analysis of economics, politics, regulatory, competitive environment, and business analysis; planning of company internal organization and resources (except financial aspects) of the Company.
2. Deployment of Business Plan / projects
· Support the Managing Director to plan, direct and/or oversee the deployment of business plan such as change of company name, merger & acquisition exercise and other business plan or projects;
· Manage ambiguity by providing clarity through planning and close communication with HQ, subsidiaries and/or counterparts to facilitate smooth interface and integration to complete on schedule.
3. Business Reporting & Management of IS
· Manage the submission of Company business plan to HQ and attend to enquiries;
· Coordinate with relevant stake holders and manage the periodic business reporting to head office accordingly to requirements;
· Manage the annual budget, department activities and IS Compliance including audit of subsidiaries.
4. HR & Compliance Management
· Lead, guide, evaluate, and develop a team of IS professionals to align with MLAP business objectives, adheres with company’s QEHS standards, regulations, legislations and compliances.
· Motivate, develop and retain team members, by enhancing their professional capabilities through specific trainings or other programs.
· Bridge and facilitate the communication between HQ & relevant stake holders such as F & A department on requirements of internal compliances.
