Job Scope:
- Perform full 360 recruitment cycle
- Leads generation and cold calling to acquire new clients
- Manage and grow existing accounts
- Source, screen, assess potential candidates according to job requirement
- Handle full process from interview to offer stage
Requirements:
- CEI certified
- At least 2 years experience as a recruitment consultant
- Possess own clientele base or willing to BD actively
- Comfortable to be on a full commission scheme (no basic salary)
- Able to work from home and operate independently
