Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced General Manager to join our team and drive business growth and operational efficiency in the Singapore market. This role will be responsible for the overall management of the company's daily operations, strategic planning and execution, as well as establishing and maintaining customers relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop the company's development strategy, formulate annual plans, and supervise their implementation.
2. Manage the company's operations and business to ensure the company meets its objectives.
3. Manage the company's financial situation, oversee auditing and financial management.
4. Ensure the company's compliance with laws, regulations, and industry standards.
5. Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external partners of the company.
6. Ensure that the company's human resources and organizational structure align with the company's strategy.
7. Recruit and train the company's employees, and motivate the development of the company's staff.
Requirements:
1. Possess a bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of management experience, with preference given to candidates with experience in listed companies.
3. Strong leadership abilities and communication skills.
4. Proficient in working communication in both English and Chinese.
