What you’ll do:
- Manage direct and indirect tax compliance matters for Group entities by working closely with the accounting team and external CPA/tax firms to ensure timeliness and accuracy of statutory filings
- Assist in the execution of the Group’s transfer pricing policy
- Assist in contracts review to achieve tax efficiency and compliance
- Prepare tax provisions calculations and tax fees expense budgeting for quarter-end closing.
- Establish and maintain good rapport with other departments such as Business, Legal and HR teams to understand business needs and provide tax support where required.
- Assist in any other ad-hoc tax projects where required.
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/ or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a multinational corporation or public accounting firm.
- Excellent written and verbal skills.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin is highly preferred
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities and meet deadlines Globally minded and comfortable working with people from different cultural background and in different time zones
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
