- Increase brand overall market share
- Increase brand retail visibility and sell out numbers
- Maintain the existing partnership and develop new channels
- Manage channel and retail partners by driving sell-through/ sell-out plan, as well as inventory management, to maximize sales
- Resolve all business issues with partners through effective coordination and communication while maintaining the partner relationship to ensure sustainable business
- Conduct market research and monitor competition for the company to take actions on pricing or promotion activities
- Collaborate with distributor on channel development, business development and top-down channel action plans
- Manage and conduct product training for both internal and external partners
- Coordinate with local team and HQ back-office to resolve any business-related issues
- Store visit and merchandising. Ensuring demo are available and adequate displays
- Coordinate with marketing team for POSM and in store display
- Execute marketing initiatives with marketing team to increase brand awareness and brand image

Requirements
- More than 3 years of experience in Notebook or / DT system factory or IT-related industries, preferably working in product management, sales, marketing/ business development
- Equipped with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Words skills
- Strong analytical skill
- A self-starter who is able to work independently and engage cross-functional teams in meeting customer requirements
- Energetic, dynamic, optimistic and customer service-oriented
- Able to accept a non-desk bound role. 50% desk bound, 50% travelling for store visits
