Job Scope and Responsibilities

As a Graphic Designer at Apparel Empire + Ultifresh, you will be responsible for visually communicating our brand’s identity through impactful and creative marketing designs. You’ll work closely with the marketing team to create engaging content for various platforms, ensuring all designs reflect Apparel Empire's vision and drive brand awareness.

Your role will include creating marketing materials, supporting product development through visuals, and ensuring a consistent brand presence across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Marketing and Branding Materials
    1. Design compelling marketing assets such as social media graphics, website banners, email templates, and print collateral (brochures, flyers, lookbooks).
    2. Create visual content that aligns with Apparel Empire’s / Ultifresh’s brand identity and speaks directly to our target audience.
    3. Edit and update existing marketing materials based on feedback from the senior team.
  2. Quality Control and Design Optimization
    1. Ensure all design files are print-ready and optimized for various formats, including digital and print mediums.
    2. Review proofs and samples for print and digital outputs to ensure high-quality standards are maintained.
  3. File Management and Asset Organization
    1. Organize and maintain a well-structured library of design files, images, and graphics.
    2. Ensure that all assets are easily accessible and consistently updated for marketing needs.
  4. Collaboration and Content Strategy Support
    1. Work closely with the marketing team to develop visual assets that support content strategy, product launches, and brand storytelling.
    2. Provide general support for the marketing team, such as resizing graphics for different platforms, simple photo editing, and layout adjustments.

You should have…

  • A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • A portfolio showcasing design projects, school work, or freelance experience.
  • Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
  • Ability to follow creative directions and incorporate feedback.

  • Basic Photography skills to take photos as required for various marketing needs.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop design skills.
  • Attention to detail and willingness to refine work.
  • Positive attitude and collaborative mindset.
