Responsibilities:
1. Handling phone calls and email correspondences
2. Maintain proper filing system for all documentations and records
3. Assist in general administrative and provide clerical support for Architects/Management team
4. Prepare invoice for clients, record outstanding bills from vendors
Requirement:
1. Computer literacy (Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, Outlook)
2. Minimum qualification: Diploma in Business Management/Accountancy
3. Work 2 weekdays a week, 9am to 6pm
4. Able to communicate in English fluently, includes the ability to speak, read and write
