Job Scope and Responsibilities

We are looking for a motivated eCommerce & Social Media Executive to join our team. This role will focus on managing our eCommerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, and our web store) while also supporting our social media presence.

Experience with online marketplaces is essential, and familiarity with content creation, scheduling, and engagement on social media platforms is a plus. Basic IT knowledge is an added bonus. This position is ideal for a self-starter eager to contribute to a dynamic, purpose-driven brand.

Key Responsibilities

  1. eCommerce Management (60%)
    1. Platform Management: Oversee product listings, pricing, inventory, and promotions across multiple platforms.
    2. Order Processing & Customer Service: Manage online orders, customer inquiries, and returns to maintain high service standards.
    3. Marketing & Promotions Support: Assist in planning campaigns, tracking performance, and optimizing sales channels.
    4. Data Analysis & Reporting: Track key metrics and provide insights on sales, inventory, and customer behavior.
    5. Inventory & Stock Management: Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishments to ensure product availability.
    6. Web Store & IT Support: Support website maintenance and assist with minor technical tasks as needed.
  2. Social Media Management (40%)
    1. Content Creation & Scheduling: Develop engaging content (posts, images, videos) aligned with the brand voice and marketing strategy.
    2. Social Media Calendar: Plan and schedule posts across various social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) to support eCommerce promotions and brand initiatives.
    3. Community Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and customer interactions to build and maintain an active community.
    4. Collaboration & Campaign Support: Work with the marketing team to align social media efforts with larger campaigns and promotions.
    5. Analytics & Insights: Track social media performance and engagement metrics, providing reports and recommendations for improvement.
    6. Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on social media trends and best practices to ensure content remains fresh and relevant.

You should have…

  • Experience with eCommerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Amazon) and social media management.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and familiarity with social media tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Canva).
  • Technical IT skills such as basic HTML, CMS familiarity, and troubleshooting are a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, creativity in content creation, and analytical thinking.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, adapt quickly, and work effectively across eCommerce and social media channels.
  • A proactive and eager-to-learn attitude.
