What you'll do:
As a Senior HR Manager focusing on Talent Management, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our client's workforce. Your expertise will be crucial in developing robust strategies that align with business needs, fostering high performance across the organization. You will work closely with business leaders and the HR team to ensure programs meet organisation needs. Your responsibilities will also extend to providing HRBP support across various functional areas. - Develop a comprehensive strategy and road-map for talent and development agenda aligned with business needs.
- Manage the annual global talent review process including talent identification and succession management.
- Analyse talent related data and develop strategies to engage and retain top talent.
- Implement employee recognition programs and career development opportunities.
- Evaluate and enhance performance management processes and systems to drive high performance across the organisation.
- Serve as an internal consultant on organisational development and talent solutions.
- Provide HRBP support covering functional areas: recruiting/staffing, compensation, benefits, on-boarding, data reporting, employee relations, policy implementation, and employment law compliance.
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Senior HR Manager role brings a wealth of experience in both Talent Management and HRBP roles. You are comfortable navigating Talent Management platforms such as SAP or Workday and have proven success in running strategic talent modules. Your ability to work effectively within an unstructured or decentralised model sets you apart. - Degree holder with 5-8 years of experience in Talent Management or as a HRBP.
- Experience with Talent Management platforms (e.g., SAP/Workday).
- Proven track record in running strategic talent modules in Functional skills sets and career mapping frameworks.
- Comfortable working in an unstructured/ Decentralised type of model.
- Demonstrated track record in managing cross-cultural stakeholders.
- Ability to build relationships and ensure People Experience aligns with company core values.
- High level of emotional intelligence with a growth-oriented mindset.
