Role Purpose
We are hiring for the role of a Product Manager for the payments and pre-paid business. In this role, you will be responsible for owning and managing long-term and short-term strategic initiatives and roadmap for a portfolio of products.
Responsibilities we entrust you with
- Define and implement the roadmap for a suite of products in alignment with the product strategy and vision
- Evaluate and prioritize business cases for new business and product opportunities
- Represent the product lines in periodic reviews with leadership and contribute to the product roadmap
- Understand the customer requirements, organization product offerings and provide solutions to the enable growth of customer business
- Partner with the business teams in undertaking market and customer research initiatives to understand the market trends and customer needs to build products that create a unique value proposition to the customers
- Ensuring product meets all compliance & security related regulatory or internal / external defined policy framework guidelines
- Define and drive product performance metrics that focus on profitability, customer growth, engagement and retention
